Water Ski Show featuring local Lake Minnewashta skiers. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for viewing. Donation opportunities — cash or Venmo accepted. Viewing location: 3421 Shore Drive.

Parade Line-Up

Bring your decorated bikes, scooters, wagons, or strollers for a fun and festive parade. Tattoo and hair paint station on-site. Location: 6341 Greenbriar Ave.

Bike parade led by the Chanhassen Fire Department and classic cars. Location: 6341 Greenbriar Ave.

Park Activities

Fun games, prizes, and food — come hungry! Dog Park Gourmet Hot Dogs and Blue Moo Ice Cream on site. Location: Minnewashta Heights Park.

Fireworks Over the Lake

Kick off the 4th of July weekend with a spectacular fireworks show over Lake Minnewashta on the evening of July 3rd at 10:00 PM. Best viewed from the shore or your boat on the lake.

Where should I watch from?
The best viewing spots are along the lakeshore facing east. Bring lawn chairs or blankets and arrive early. Spectators on boats are welcome too.
